The training has been great, the fitness seems to be improving, let’s see what test week brings!
I have big hopes for this weeks test week, I’m not going to make any predictions as I want to go in with an open mind!
So obviously I have an ftp test and my 5k running time trial. I’m keeping this week’s article short and sweet as I want to do an analysis on the test week next week and see what training consistency can actually improve.
