Thursday Training Plan – 16 week IronMaori Training Plan

When you cross the finish line at IronMaori, you will have accomplished something very special.

Designed for Beginner triathletes who are looking to complete the IronMaori event for the first time, the primary goal of this training plan is to prepare you to COMPLETE YOUR IronMaori.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing hundreds of triathlon events over the 30 years I’ve been in the sport and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 16 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 16-August-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the IronMaori.
